In January 2003 work commenced on the prestigious £190million Esso Glen development in Victoria. Located within the Stag Place Estate in Victoria, this design & build contract will provide two buildings, the first of which forms an almost exclusively glazed dramatic curving structure rising to 10 storeys. Mechanical and Electrical Quantity Surveying Services are being carried out by mpg.

The second building is a 6-storey office block with adjoining retail space topped by a roof garden which will be open to the public.

The development should be completed during 2005.
