The Family Court Building was refurbished and equipped with modern technology in 2002 which included new mechanical, electrical and plumbing building services.

The Family Court which is adjacent to the High Courts on Queensway, Hong Kong sustained water damage during a typhoon. Many of the interior walls were seriously damaged resulting in faulty services.

Duties of our Singapore Office and quantity surveyors, was to produce cost analysis on the work scope, costing and submitting variations, monthly valuations on the new works and refurbishments and producing and agreeing final accounts.
