mpg offer services to a diverse range of customers. In most cases our client would be the end user or the developer. Typically we would be asked to manage the development or refurbishment of a property by pulling together the efforts of all persons responsible for the project. This would mean our position in the organisation would be alongside the client and Design and Build teams.

Once a suitable and cost economical design is established we can offer suggestions on suitable trade contractors to evolve the design and create a workable solution that would meet the client’s needs.

Regular meetings would be held with the specialist trade contractors to ensure good quality of work, compliance with programme ensuring cost control measures were being applied.

We constantly update our client of any changes occurring to the base design and any improvements or cost savings would be identified at the earliest opportunity.
