mpg have been engaged by Emirates – EMI to administer the MEP works and claims on 248 Villas and 4 Apartment blocks on the Jumeirah Palm. Situated in Dubai, the whole island is shaped as a palm tree. The situation for the Shoreline Apartments which are ten, eleven and twelve storey buildings is the Trunk of the Palm Tree. |

We will be responsible for the quantity surveying services for the Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing works which includes lighting and power distribution, switchgear, cabling, bus bars, lights, small power distribution networks and accessories. Emergency Lighting systems, EIB lighting control systems, Fire Alarm, CCTV system, Door bell, intercom, telephone, data and structured cabling system and the Building Management System. The HVAC system consists of fans, fan coil units, Air Handling Units, ductwork, chilled water pumps, chilled water piping and Chilled water is provided by others from district cooling system. It also includes air separators, heat exchangers & energy meters. Plumbing & Drainage Works includes sanitary ware, pipework, water heaters and water meters, booster pumps and submersible pumps |

| The 248 villas which are situated on various fronds of the Palm Island are in a choice of several distinct styles of architecture each inspired by a different culture. They feature state-of-the-art amenities, private beaches and breathtaking ocean views. These villas are two-storey cast in reinforcing concrete structure. The average area of each villa is 533m² with Electrical and Mechanical services including HVAC (split ducted units & fans), Plumbing, Drainage, Power Supply system, Lighting and Small power (including switchgear), structured cabling network, BMS, Public Address system, dimming system and central Gas distribution system. |
