The Main Contractor’s scope of works included partial demolition of the rear of the building, complete soft strip down to first floor level and rebuilding of the rear elevation to include balcony and garden areas, full mechanical and electrical installation and internal finishes to a high specification. mpg completed cost analysis and variation work on the Residential Fit Out project including building services installation.
