Prepare periodic cost plan statements in agreed format of anticipated

Monitor and review project cost information and report apparent
errors to management. |

Valuation and preparation of subcontractor’s interim certification
authorisations. |

Payment notification to sub-contractors in accordance with The
Act (HGCR). |
|
Insofar as practicable agree and maintain a rolling final account
procedure with client. |

Monitor and action measures for notification and administration
of contra-charges. |

Preparation of commercial contract correspondence in accordance
with the contract conditions. |

Administration of commercial contract files in accordance with
G.P. Services Limited’s company procedures for Quality Accreditation. |
|
Assist in building a teamwork relationship with the contract personnel
to ensure efficient and smooth transfer of information and activities
throughout the contract. |

for these duties are deemed outside of our fee agreement. |
